I doubt most of the LA fan base even noticed.

When Barca beat LA-Lakers on a scrimmage game, about a year ago, don't you think that both fan bases had some affect due to that?

90% of LA fans didn't notice/care(they probably should have because Lakers played all of their regulars for the entire match). I don't even think Barca cared too much about the result. It wasn't an official league or tournament game. Same with scrimmages there should be no fan reaction to it.

manon already explained well what scrimmages r 4 & affecting how fans feel isnt 1

most nba teams dont have extrernal scrimmages during the season cause they play so many games but they have pre season games

do u think their is 1 fan in miami that says?

"dude the team really messed up in that pre season game v washington, lets not go to the game vs the lakers"

not a chance

no they say, the lakers lost to Barca, so there is no need to see those weak lakers team.

In germany many of those scrimmages are without visitors, and not always you get the stats of it.

I'm sure that the FCB did, and the same goes for LA.
If Bayern lost on a preseason game to a third league team, where all of Bayern players are on court / field, there would be lot of noise there, and possibly the coach would feel the wrath of his club's owner.

I guess that users / "fans" that are for eBay-game cannot understand that.

Sorry, but that´s flat out wrong. Professional teams keep losing exhibition games every now and then, and unless they do it in a row and by habit, nobody ever remembers or cares after the next league or cup game.

Even soccer teams playing a friendly in off-weeks during the season are hardly getting any public interest.

This game has 22 games during season.
Each game has affect. The longer it is, the longer the affect is.
Scrimmages has affect but smaller.
Another example - if MAN-United would have lost to U-City during a preseason game, there would be a lot of noise as well.
Much smaller compared if that would have been in a league game, but it would create noise, and it would affect fan base.

If LA would have lost ALL their preseason games, wouldn't it affect the fan base? It sure would.
A single scrimmage game, as single league game, has less affect than a serie of games... But, as there is a single game affect, there is a single scrimmage game affect.

Barça supporters we cared :D

There was a big expectation in our city for the match and the arena had almost full attendance(and the prices were high).

It was a prestige victory for our basketball team.

Fair enough, but did it matter as much as a key Euro league or ACB game?
