Focus on the 18 years old. I say 5 weeks od ID and 5 weeks of IS. Add 2 weeks of rebounding and he could look like this by the end of the season:

JS 2 JR 1
OD 1 HAN 1
DRI 2 PAS 2
IS 8 ID 9
REB 8 BLO 8

I like the thought process bro. Sounds similar to a couple of young bucks I am working on. Best part is their salary stays so low for so long.

I just looked at your team and I don't see any young centers with fouling troubles...

And I agree with Manon. If fouling out happens often, get rid of them immediately.

Aggression comes with positives such as forcing TOs and maybe, let us dream, giving up the ball to other players, n'est pas? So, enough D training should help lowering cholesterol, one'd hope.

I'm sorry, but playing 2-3 zone is asking for it :)

I'm afraid you're wrong. If you have idiot that fouls out, no tactic will help and even 20 defense won't help. That's just the way it is. I had 2 players like that. I got rid of the first trainee after 2 seasons of training and I got rid of the second trainee after season and a half when he fouled out in 2 games in the same training week.

If you don't believe us, buy a trainee that fouls out and try to train him. I bet you'd fail and he'd keep fouling out. Let's face it, he's an idiot :)))
