yup. In 1 position training, it's the best one. You get to train em and they get a lot of added skillpoints as I have read from the guide. 2 position training from the guide:
Two Position Training
Description: Will train a maximum of six players at roughly 75-80% (estimate) of one position training. Like most things in this game, the training formula is not linear so don’t be afraid that two position training will only give you half the training of one position training. This training option is probably the most common in BB and is generally used when a team has a small squad (5 or 6 players) of prospects that they want to train.
Max players that can be trained in a week: 6
and 1 position training:
One Position Training
Description: Will give a player the most training possible in a given week. The negative to one position training is that it is only possible to give a maximum of three players full training in the week. This is the most common training option for managers who are interested in quickly developing a few key players. It is necessary to consistently use this training option if you wish to train a NT player.
Max players that can be trained in a week: 3
So if you want a big-time guy/great trainee (superstar+), do 1 position training, if you want to make your team better with good-great guys (allstar-p.allstar) you can do 2. This is my opinion.
