But if they stayed the same, nobody would fire their trainer...you buy one and that's it. Taking care of the staff is one of the things you have to manage well and personally I don't care if staff salary stays the same or raises each month, as long as it's the same for every user.

But if the increase is settled monthly or by season, don't you think it would be more realistic?

Seasonly would cause a run for new staff at the start of each new season and the prices would skyrocket.

And this would also be easily avoidable by firing your trainer at end of the season, train FT or ST for two weeks and wait for buying frenzy to finish, then buy a new trainer.

Sometimes from a point of view of game mechanism, we have to stay away of the reality.
Beat me to it.

There are LOADS of things in BB that aren't realistic. A lot of those things are to create a more fun game but most of them are to increase page hits, login time etc.

I think a weekly increment to staff salaries is silly, too. It'd be nice if the BBs looked at other ways to increase these statistics.

But you get rich by making good decisions. It's not good to penalise players who make good decisions, is it?

Why would they get an incentive? That's silly. A starting team doesn't have the option to just "play with the big boys" straight away. They have to earn that right, by learning and using their learning effectively.
