Jeff the #1 rule is don't try to train everyone. I noticed that you have a roster full of young players that all could be trained but it's best if you don't. Pick your 2-3 best guys to prioritize and virtually ignore or better yet sell the rest of them.

And don't hesitate to ask questions, training properly takes a long time to figure out.

Yea all those young guys were from my first (couple) seasons of playing. I now realize that I should focus on 1-3 which is what Lars and Josh are for. Gonna train them into great players and see how far I can get them. Hopefully when Lars is 21 he will be on U21.

I'd train Calder alongside him, he looks like a potentially good one too. And if you slip a 3rd guy in there with them, Adkins might be that guy.

OK, finally getting around to this... Check Post#2 onwards (no more placeholders!)

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

No, not really. Good opportunity to grab some good trainees in the draft coming up tho.

In the meantime, I'd train stamina or free throws for your team for this week.

If you absolutely want to train someone in 1-position, I'd pick Alcântara, Al-Ameen, or Rajotte. Even so, they will be 20 years old soon and their best training days are in the rear-view mirror already.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

5 year revival, nice!

You'll need to explain a bit what the numbers mean, I don't think it's very easy to understand at first glance... And we lack a bit of data like the trainer level. And there's the elastic effect that is not negligible as well...

But basically how I understand it is the number of pops/week for each skills depending on the training used, and the total number of pops/week with this training. I suppose DV is 1v1?

Yes, that is my understanding as well. Wasn't my study, I just found it somewhere.
21yo player, and I believe superior trainer but not 100% sure
