23 years old and 20 years old) and a C with Superstar potential (20yrs old)

The sad part here is that all three of these players get a year older next week. That being said...I would try and get a level 4/5 trainer and just train for your team or to make some money after a season or two. Forget about the NT unless you have some really good 18/19 yr olds.

Good luck in your new adventure.

Last season I was training a C that is 25 years old and the progress was really okay. If training an "older" player means to strengthen one or two skills, or removing a critical weakness its absolutely worth doing it.

The 23 year old player (Sondo Pacia?) looks good enough to put some more work in. I am not so sure about Vahrigyan, but Liste could become a nice player down the road.

I want to train 2 SFs with HoF potentials (23 years old and 20 years old) and a C with Superstar potential (20yrs old)

Now, my question is, whats the best training level that I should use to be MONEY EFFICIENT and TIME EFFICIENT as well?

Based on these players, I wouldn't get more than a level 3-4 trainer. I might even stick with a level 1-2 trainer.Anything else would just be throwing away good $$$.

Not to get off topic but you might be making the exact same mistake I made when I started. I kept looking a players potential and didn't realize that once they get older and aren't very far along in their training, having high potential becomes useless. It wouldn't hurt to replace 1 or more of your trainees with a cheap 18 year old with Perennial AS/Superstar potential when the market becomes flooded next week. You'll quickly find it's more fun to train players from scratch anyways.
