So this is real. Injuries are estimates. If you have ever injured urself properly in real life, you too would know that, this is part of real life.
A good doctor does not prevent long term injuries. Only makes the injury not as severe. But, like in real life, even if you have the BEST doctor in the world, if you break your leg, its 6+ weeks, no doctor in the world can change that.
