It was an unplanned problem. However, it's not a problem for the users that take our advice and never put their players on the TL for less than they expect minimally.
I knew you would answer that, the same as if the downtime happens before a game you can tell people to set a default lineup or do it with more time.
I didn't start this thread to make drama and I know even big companies like Google can have this kind of problems, but these excuses are missing the point.
Imagine, you are a new user just about to buy supporter ¿would you change your mind?
As I said before, I already know it's not only me, so it's not a big deal if it doesn't happen often.
