Do we know for sure that there are never injuries in the ASG? Since injuries only happen on fouls, and there are hardly any fouls, maybe that is why there are no injuries.

there can be injuries in the ASG, but they are limited to that game (same goes with PL).

we know for sure. It is even so that if a player is injured before the game, and remains injured for some weeks, he will still play in the ASG as if he was not injured (I had such a player 2 seasons ago)
