i think the reason of that is . . . . .
lets ask the bb's instead, because i felt the one screening the coaches for us really sucks, we should call for a bb coach association and file a complain and get an injuction for this matter.
because really we are wasting our players youth as we know they only are young at a certain time and training is getting hard as it goes on!
i mean best time to train is 18 to 20 years old, but the draft this year for me isnt a strong draft and the fa pool already you can feel the lack of potential players compare to the past seasons. ( ok maybe its the price that matters ) so we got ourselves only to work on 19 to 20 and even 21 years old but you cant completely train him throughout the season entirely ( unless you got really well trained on other positions ). so again its a double whammy!
imagine your getting less results when you in fact can get more and you want get more. in real life we can fire the bloody bastard and hire someone but in bb world 11 weeks is already a part of lifetime since it affects training in a way.
maybe im saying it in a exaggerated way but its my sentiments!

Why, I ask again, should we automatically get the best of everything? In "real life" any of the lower leagues would never be able to hire a level 10 staffer. In fact, how many teams in the NBA have a level 10 coach? 5? 6?
I really hope that the BB's do not make this a game where you can get anything you want whenever you want it. That would suck.
Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

you cant compare the needs of the lower leagues to the upper leagues or top leagues.
because the level of game play is different, the skills, the need of is not different. lower teams cant afford its because thats how the league is made even in real life.
would a division 4 ncaa team get much attention from all over america compare to a division 1 team, recruitment of players is also different and so on.
if your in the lower leagues i dont think you need a player with a skill of marvelous just to win over yet you cant even afford to pay one with that skill level because your revenue couldnt hold it together.
dont compare the nba because they can hire someone they want but decides on another due to other factors. even if you try to say a certain coach is a level 10 it doesnt spell to a win because he needs a certain kind of player for his play to work or even try to adjust his gaming style to the type of players he has but with that regards its not sure he can be succesful,
imagine byron scott even before he wasnt even consider a prime coach then but now he is thanks to chris paul, also coaches like adleman who in portland surprises everyone having to be in the nba finals when nobody expects and he was having one of the lowest salary at that time.
this are trainers we are talking about, one that develops players, if you have the money wouldnt you hire one? if your team is part of the elite or top leagues in the nba would you or not hire a very bloody damn trainer to develop your players.
im not saying give to me when i want it. if your saying 11 weeks when your current trainer is already slacking and you cant seem to get a good trainer . . . come on!
its already a wake up call for us to see our current hire to be slacking but to not be able to find one to replace that can give equal or more results is another issue. im talking 11 weeks thats almost 3 months!

You live in Oslo?
How did that come about?:-)
Oslo isn´t cold at all and not here either, but i guess it depends on what you are used too. Besides, i cant sleep when i gets to hot at night, it´s a real nightmare when i go to holiday to Greece for example.
The air condition has to work overtime for me to get any sleep at all and i usually get sick from the rapid changes of temperature:)
if i would complain about something it would be the wind, i guess Bodø is kind of like Chicago.
Oh, i lived in Trondheim for about a year, beatiful city in my humble opinion.
I used the train to get back to Bodø sometimes, took about 10 hours with nothing at all to see. A rather dull trip to say the least.
