See, it would be the serious player's fault for not having a limit to how much he would pay for the player.
Although, if the serious player REALLY wants him, then (as I said in my last post to JuicePats) he could wait until near the deadline and bid $1 above and he'll have the player.
Look, I will reply for a last time now.
Even if you would know how much you want to pay for the player, an other user can bid (virtually) the same amount and take the player away from you. for instance you want to spend 100k max, so bid 100000, the the other one bids 100001 and hasn't actually payd more then you (1 dollar REALY is nothing in this game, for NO team) and still has the player...
No you can't wait until right before the deadline, bid 1 more and have him... if you bid 1 more; another 3 minutes will be added to the bidding time, so everyone still has 3 minutes to bid 1 more, where will this end.
Besides, IF we asume the deadline is strict and not extended, what makes you think you have more rights then the player bidding first to get the player? That you REALY want him? What makes you think the other user doesn't ?!?
This is about all I have to add to this.
You asked a question (why is it?) I answered. You don't have to like it, but I don't think you will ever find any auctionsystem, in any world, virtually or real, that works the way you want it. So what more can I say?

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
