sorry dont understand what your point is.

The SF is having bad game this season, he is having average games and last game he have had a very good game. thats pretty usual. Over the season he is producing average stats. thats exactly what i have tried to say.

Furthermore something went wrong with the lineup of the oppenent team. the starting Five SF did not start. Dont know what the other coach did wrong. maybe he will explain to us ;-)))
So i dont know how the matchups ratings were calculated. Were they calculated by the ratings of the normal SF or did the skills of the SG who played SF mostly count???

Match up ratings can't be anything to do with shooting, surely? I have Centers who have scored over 100 in the match-up ratings.

I think it is calculated on match ratings alone (would make sense, as this would include all players playing in that position).

Remember, Matchup Ratings are just that: a comparison of the offensive skills of your player to the defensive skills of your opponent's player at that position. Since the defensive skills of each of your opponents will vary each week, so will the matchup ratings.

It is a function of both your players offensive and your opponents defense.
