I am the U-21 coach of Japan and I have the same problem.. I have a pretty good prospect who has an atrocious FT.. He almost lost a game for me and now I refuse to play him in important games.. The owner of this player is a little angry with me...But I am the coach and all I care about is winning.. Here is my question, With all the time in the Off season why has the manager of this player never done FT training? It is unlike Stamina training in that it equals points..I always try to do at least one week of FT training in the off season..The two things I hate in this game is being out rebounded and missing more FT's than the point differental at the end of the game.. Peace

1st i want to say that i love yellow cake xD(not you of course)

2nd-That user, in my opinion, i don't put him player play in the national team, because it could be the best in the world, but if it does't train something so important, and then he is angry with you i NEVER call him in my entire life, because if he is men enough to be angry with you, it shoul be men enugh for admit him mistake and it should be men enough to improve him player in FT.

There is 2 sides to the equation and a player of his skill can be trained up on his main skills until 22/23 and then he could get a whole season of FT training when he is older as the speed in which they learn is not effected.

BUT i do partially agree that 1 level of FT that could inturn improve his % up to .35/.4 would be beneficial.

The fact he doesnt do it and you dont play him = losing out on valuable experience.

I got to defend the players manager though cos as an emerging rival in the JBBL he clearly knows what he is doing.

It's tough - I hope with a bit more dialogue you guys can figure something out.

PEACE!

(4652937)

2 for 30 - Season 8
7 for 98 - Season 7
4 for 84 - Season 6
3 for 101 - Season 5

Nonetheless, he's maybe the best guard I've ever seen and is only 21 w/ MVP potential.

How is this even possible 0-414 on Free Throws?...you'd think just by dumb luck that he'd make one.

What sort of rating (or lack of) do you need to go 0-career?

he scored his first FT last match!

Victor Prada (6155997)

0-58 this year so far
0-59 last year
0-6 year before that.

0-123 is not a record, but he is on the list!

He was actually just sold today, which means somebody paid for him.
