is it truly worth training skills past 20? For example- 20 OD VS 23 OD. Will 23 OD be weighed as 20 OD ?

Yes it matters, and if you look at B3 teams (when they sell their players) you will see a lot of players with at least one 21+ skill.

Yeah, that why I asked this question actually. I was curious if someone had data to back up “training above 20 is good and worth it”

Hi.

Someone can explain to me how auto-bid works?

I tried to buy one of the players a few min ago. Set up an auto bit - £95000 end some-how another manager won him offering 65000. How that's possible?

It's only just been introduced, and from what I've read auto-bid is very buggy at the moment. I wouldn't use it for now.
