Well I think there should be some stamina rating, in other words if you're playing that many guys all game their performance shouldn't be as good based on natural athleticism, age, and minutes over the season. However the length they got to is just ridiculous in comparison to real life, a guy can lose GS while playing 30 minutes a game depending on how many are scheduled.

How about they fix the problem you mentioned above with a chemistry rating(much more like real basketball and no included enough in sims), where a team that has been together longer will play better(although once they hit a max point it will make no difference). Part the reason I like sims like drive the lane(now down, but hopefully coming back) is that you get a decent understanding of your players, but you don't know for sure what lineup will work the best, their stamina, hidden ratings, etc.. It manages to be simple but with enough complexity to be challenging.

For game shape purposes, it doesn't matter how many minuets per game they get, but if you play them 30 mins a game that's 90 mins a week (3 games) which is bad. You want your players to get between 48 and 75, with 60-65 being the best.

The whole point of me saying 30 minutes per game was what you stated above, it is a fairly small amount of time to play and is ACTUALLY CONSIDERED RESTING PLAYERS at the pro level(D Wade for example), but in this game, with more than 2 games in the week where it occurs, it would lower their game shape . I already knew that 60-70 was the ideal, I was just pointing out the flaws. No real team plays like that and has success, not even just in the NBA, also at the college level. Even uptempo teams don't do it, not even a mid major uptempo team like Belmont known for playing a deep bench.

Yeah, I guess BB has its own way of things. One of the things I would like to be implemented is a system where its easier to manage minuets , like in NBA 2K where you just had to scroll the minuets.

Yeah the whole coach substitution setting and lineup is pretty ambiguous. I wouldn't want any exact minute total to happen every game(because it doesn't work like that in RL), but it would be nice to have a system like 2k where they approximately get the minute total set, with realistic variation.

Yeah, another thing that annoys me to some extent is the preparation bonus. Teams play at the style that suits them because of the coach, the players, and the balance of the lineup. In basketball pretty much everyone knows what they are getting going in to the playoffs(especially here), NCAA tournament, or really most games once a lineup/style is set. The adjustments are more about how a team handles individual match ups, not the style as a whole. Which is why it annoys me that there is benefit to switching around styles all the time. Switches should only be situational or based on how the matchups bring a disadvantage to the regular style. Not random to prevent a preparation bonus.

I realize it isn't a very huge part of the game, but I don't think it really reflects how a basketball sim should work.

Well, in BB you build your team to be able to run a variety of tactics, but that stick to the same theme (Outside/balanced/inside), its just the pace that changes, and that depends on stamina too.

For instance, I am an outside oriented team, my PG has 10 JS but also has 11 passing, my SG has 12 JS and he is tied for my league lead in PPG. My team has low stamina all around so I run a lot of slow tactics (I run a lot of patient). I am still learning the game, but yeah, that's not super realistic

Eyy not to get off subject or anything but who yall first half mvp player?Mines is Sebastien pujol.

But beside that my team is improve everyday we are on a 5 game winning streak lets go,my squad is young and good so I see us beening good for quite some time,so watch out yall top teams don't be surpise when I beat yall and win this league or divison championship. SKYLANDERS ALL THE WAY

Pujol is dominant but is also a waste of money given it looks like he came over as a transfer.

Made the playoffs. Wasn't really looking for it, but I may or may not attempt to go farther. Still building up stadium. My trainee has slowed down a bit but he is recently popped to prof def. We'll see what happens in the draft if I get a high potential player I may sell my current trainee.
