At least you're starting to set up a plan for the future. All I did this season was sell off some of my old guys and train a couple 19 year olds for half of the year... and they're still pretty far from being able to contribute at this level. :(

Thanks, Dunk. I am just hoping that the moves and training I am found will allow me to stay in II. Guess it may depend on which league I end up in. Trying to counter the effects of ageing in BB is almost as tough as in RL:-)....Merry Christmas to you and to all our NBBA managers!

Couple of close semi-final games tonight: the Iguanas had a tough game for about 45 seconds, while the Tar Babies squeaked through with some very curious coaching and tough in-game injury.

But based on how these teams played against the Register-Guard, we have the best teams in the finals. Should be a great series -- good luck to both teams. May the force be with you.

should have been more clear: the AI had several of your starters on the bench in the closing minutes. certainly did not want to imply that someone who lost a key player to injury along with other key players not on the court yet still managed to win was coaching poorly.

A lot of time spent on out of position training and running him 48 minutes at a time had a big effect on his performances in the past. Even when I was training IS/ID he was technically out of position at C! So, he really hasn't played much at PF until I squeezed out that last IS pop about 3 seasons ago.
