Do you know what is a percentile?
Of course I know.
However, while you are making assumptions on statistical distributions, I'm giving you hard facts:
- do you agree you can't prove I wouldn't be in D1 and #10 in Spain right now if I played in Spain? All you can say is that statisically this may be unlikely, because if BB users are equally skilled across nations, it's more likely there are 90 users better than me than 0 (so there is also a chance I could be #1 in Spain while I only manage #10 over here)
- do you agree that on the other hand you have never gone beyond D3 and never got better than #118 or whatever you are in Spain?
Therefore your equivalence is based on probability: it's a possibility for me while it is a certainty for you. Agreed? Do you think the fact that I'm ranked 23 in Utopia while training single position for the last 10 seasons makes it more or less likely? What are you ranked in Utopia? Oh you never joined, too competitive, it should be easy for you to replicate your success in such a smaller nation, shouldn't it?
The only thing you can draw from statistics is that it is harder to get into D1 through 3 promotions than it is through 2. Nobody disputes that. However, it may not be likely, but is entirely possible that the top 10 managers in Serbia, Poland and England are better than the top 10 managers in Spain.
In fact I'd argue the lack of success from Spain at the NT level in the last 20 seasons is a clear indicator and actual evidence that the userbase on average is not as good as that of other smaller nations, which is where, I'm afraid, all your assumptions start to smell like garbage.
If I were you I'd stop arguing as if you can understand what the problems are for a veteran team in D1 or D2. You are neither a veteran nor you've ever been in a higher league. Also you cannot understand people in lower leagues who, unlike you, never won the lottery and got a 6 million random payout in their second season. You barely promoted from a bot league so far...a bot slayer.
