Guys, let's look at the focus of the topic , please. We will have different opinions, which is healthy , most not they pay attention to "personal war " . Just think to be for or against the topic , we must have a coherent reason to defend. Just that. Regards.
You know....
I like how experience develops from playing in games
I think it'd be nice if there was somethingalong those lines (to a smaller extent probably) of skills improving or decreasing.
Factor in stuff like Performance vs weaker opposition, bad game vs weaker = decrease, good/great game vs weaker no change/small increase
Stronger opposition bad game= no change/small decrease, good/great game= larger increase
Neutral opposition bad--->good Small decrease-->no change---->small increase
Something along those lines.
Or maybe if that's too complicated simplify it to Free Throws as a minimum....
Have hidden traits of how many FT per week a player needs to "maintain" their FT form/whatever. If they attempt less than that number, and miss excessively, small FT decrease. if they hit that number or exceed it, and do well on FT it increases.
When we really sit here and think about it. Its not so much the out of position training that's silly. Its silly that experience (and gameshape) are the only things players can improve from playing an actual game (or worsen in GS's case).
