Excluding jokes, there are several ways to avoid that who will finish in the 5th position will earn more than the 4th position and you've half season to think about it.


Seriously? Can you show me proof, anecdotal or other, that the 5th seed will make more than the 4th seed? Can anyone?

Well what did he say actually? All I read in this thread was a pretty nonspecific message that said 2nd place is better than 5th place (not really on topic) and the second post is just a sarcastic reply...

Any other posts on this topic might be somewhere in these forums, but with the board structure and the limited search function we have here I doubt I will find them.

I dont doubt that second place is still better than 5th, but I think there might occur many different situations that favor finishing 5th over 4th and this would be pretty irrational and no improvement over the current situation.

I can't follow the argument that this change will " help rebalance several pieces of the game" - pretty obscure imo.

Dude, personally I'd like to try to improve BB, I don't see any reason to say a lie and I think what I've written in my previous post is an evidence. No problem if this is the final decision but honestly I didn't see numbers from Charles and co. instead I've written numbers, then if some people here is telling that maybe something is not so good, I don't see why we cannot discuss about it, your posts don't add anything new try to show you a proof ;)

I can based the forecast about the future season following my past experience, I've done everything on BB
We can wait and see, no problem, once again I'm writing here to help BB, if I well understood your opinion is to wait before to write, ok, let's see but I'll write this message number and we will speak again after season 15 :p

Others have pointed out how this "helps rebalance several pieces of the game". Like Charles said, this change is not about fixing 5th place. The 5th place thing is just a feature of the change.

After you realize that 4th and 5th place are not the main features of this fix, then let's talk some more.

All that proves is that you are carrying way too much salary for a division III team. Maybe that's because you are trying to time a run for the title while sitting on a huge bank balance? I don't know.

In any case, I am not sure what this adds to the discussion.

When I read this I think you may have bigger problems than what happens at the end of next season. If this is accurate it I consider it an extreme and fairly unique position. If this change only negatively effects people in this predicament, I say job well done BB's, you limited the damage nicely.
