I feel that now it has updated in my training page but no actual skill-up was applied to my players. I think this happened earlier this season for 2 weeks as well. I ahve kept a very good pace on training for a few seasons and there have just been some unbelievable pauses in my training speeds

Interesting. My training is going faster then expected this season for all of my players. Must be a "transfer of pops from one team to another team" bug.

thanks for the pops!

It won't happen because with this you'll know exactly how training works and it will kill all the fun.

Great job with the fix, I wasn't expecting pops (in graphs, not arrows) from last week to show correctly as "last week" (red as opposed to orange) but they do. Arrows got fixed even earlier it seems.

I cannot imagine the headache that source code must represent, and I appreciate how you said you would have done it differently. Maybe you didn't envision the game to become so popular. Maybe coding it differently would have hindered the nice way the gameplay has been designed, because perhaps some of the spontaneity would have been lost.

I, for one, wouldn't have it any other way! Keep up improving the code but stay true to your principles!

If I was in your position (but just knowing what I know, obviously) I think my two big long-term projects going forward would be smartphone implementation and transition game logic in the GE.

Just my 2 cents.

edit: typo

if I was running BB my only long term project at the moment would be bug fixes and maintenance.

It is quite obvious from the forums that everyone on BB, including the BB's themselves, are rather tired of the bugs, games delayed, training delayed, etc. Personally I would spend all of the next season purely on these issues and not worry about adding new features. If you ran a poll I would guess 80%+ would prefer problem fixes over new features.

It will probably also help in the number of BB supporters as well. Problems drive people away before new features.

Think you guys solved it quite quick.

I remember the old days of Hattrick.. where the system could be down for days. And according to my knowledge buzzerbeater has never experienced such trouble. I think you're doing a fine job. If training is six hours late, is the worst we get... I guess we (the users) have to consider ourselves lucky.

I assumed this was already the short/mid-term plan. I don't think anybody finds bug fixing very enticing as a long-term project, so I was already looking past that stage into more pleasant times. I thought it was obvious but I probably should have spelt it out since it looks like hammering facts such as bugs need fixing is the norm here.

Hi... what about training today?
In Poland should be in about an hour... and how's the east of the world?
Are there any delays?

No Delays in Australia.

EDIT: Apparently there seems to be some delays in other countries though :(
