Depends if you want him to be more small ball orientated I would personally go for a bit more JS and Driving, (Handling and passing pops would be ok too.) but mainly JS and one vs one training.

If you wanted something non-cookie cutter, you could slap on a little more ID and then lots of SB.

Otherwise, to make him a scoring SG something like (JS 1v1F JS OD) ( ) again, JR, ( ) again.

I'm sure you've talked to Damian by now about NT?

I'll jump into this with a couple of my players.

Both are nearing 100TSP and 10x10 of the skills. One is 6'8 MVP, other is 6'2 superstar.

Both 23 years old. Where to go from here?

Hey guys, new to the game and just saw I had an 19 year-old HOF with rather high TSP (apparently?) spawning in my team. Any ideas how to max his stats and training?

Weekly salary: $ 3 205
Role: draws a paycheck

DMI: 11000
Age: 19
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: average
Driving: awful Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: awful

Experience: pitiful

Nice player you've got there, the U21 coach should contact you pretty soon =)
For the NT, you should focus on the secondary skills first. He needs defense badly (outside and inside), and passing before focusing on something else IMO
