Maybe driving/jumpshots (C/PF/SF) has some impact for IS rating also?

I can help you with enthusiasm. We had maximum possible enthusiasm. All games with TIE / PO-Normal. No differences on gameshapes. We had couple substitutes with strong (8) gameshape, but based on DMI, those very very close to proficient (9).

Then C/PF/SF positions Inside shots were 20, 20, 19. Driving and jump shots also top level on PF and SF positions.

My guess is that we had better inside shots and thus higher team rating in inside scoring.

nope thats not my point. Codemaster did have a little more IS at their big spots but not by much

I also love how you are admitting to speculating without actually analyzing the game.
