Cheating is unrelated to my/our/your game vision. There will always be cheaters.
And national teams involved users are something similar to top league users, just a small minority. Most BB users don't get affected by all these NT problems.
Surely there are a lot things to improve, buy many of us like how training works and we enjoy it.

This is what I want to focus on:
Ah, but we do. For the problems that are caused by this have a mighty trickle down effect causing other problems.

Guys, let's look at the focus of the topic , please. We will have different opinions, which is healthy , most not they pay attention to "personal war " . Just think to be for or against the topic , we must have a coherent reason to defend. Just that. Regards.

You know....

I like how experience develops from playing in games

I think it'd be nice if there was somethingalong those lines (to a smaller extent probably) of skills improving or decreasing.

Factor in stuff like Performance vs weaker opposition, bad game vs weaker = decrease, good/great game vs weaker no change/small increase

Stronger opposition bad game= no change/small decrease, good/great game= larger increase

Neutral opposition bad--->good Small decrease-->no change---->small increase

Something along those lines.

Or maybe if that's too complicated simplify it to Free Throws as a minimum....
Have hidden traits of how many FT per week a player needs to "maintain" their FT form/whatever. If they attempt less than that number, and miss excessively, small FT decrease. if they hit that number or exceed it, and do well on FT it increases.

When we really sit here and think about it. Its not so much the out of position training that's silly. Its silly that experience (and gameshape) are the only things players can improve from playing an actual game (or worsen in GS's case).

Apologies.

76 TSP Point Guard plays very effective vs 93 TSP Point Guard. The 76 TSP guy has small increases in some of his skills for "rising up" to the competition.

On the other side, 76 TSP Point Guard there struggles vs a 52 TSP Point Guard. 76 TSP guy has small decreases in some of his skills for "playing down" to the competition.

Um, for a real world comparison... if you played defense vs Steph Curry all game, you'd either improve your OD, or you'd deplete your stamina, and allow Steph Curry to hit 10+ 3s on you while not improving your OD. Meanwhile Steph taking advantage of your horrible OD there maybe fine tunes something on his JS or JR and improves a little bit.
