indeed, and seeing his length he is too short to develop as a PF (too bad as he indeed had the potential) so he will need to become a SF, and I am just starting to train a player as a SF for the NT, who also has about the same wage, and who only is 18 years old... with a lvl 6 trainer. SO chances are small this player will get better then mine, and if there are 2 more people training SFs for the NT, then I think this one, even though a very good SF, will not be as good as the ones that started training at 18...

Nice player, dont get tempted to train jump shot... Give him a little one on one, JS shouldnt be better than proficient to prominent in my opinion, just train handling, passing and alot of pressure. Whatever you do DONT train his JS too much coz it wont help you.

Remember, offense wins games, defense wins championships. This is true in BB aswell.

why is it too early?
it also trains smoe other guard skills as well, if I recall right even driving and handling, so it's a good choice. I'd say rotate pressure, handling and passing every 3 weeks and see which skills need a few extra weeks.

It's best to get them all up at about the same time as those skills help each other out...

I do agree on the JS training. It's much better to train him in outside shooting, that way his JR goes up, and in the mean time his JS will get higher a little too, without JS training. In any case passing should be at least 3 levels higher then the JS skill for a PG, but that's just my opinion.

ah, I get it now.

I was under the impression you where giving advise for PG training. It makes sence for SG training, indeed the passing is secundary...

You're also right about the PG training, first passing/hand/press, after that the outside shooting...
