I liked the bit where he claimed he was paying them by clicking on the occasional ad.

Let's make it clear. You don't pay any money

if you think that makes me any less a customer than you, and my observations about the extent to which customers should or should not consider 'they have other jobs' as an acceptable excuse for failing to deliver an acceptable level of service any less relevant, you clearly have a flawed view of the business model - one which I can only hope is not shared by the BB's or this game is doomed.

We are all customers. I AM a paying customer, you're not. You click on some ads. Thanks for the 1c per click buddy.

You fail to understand that they simply do not have the resources available to fix things straight away. They try to fix is as soon as possible, but they don't have a big team to be online 24/7.

You expect everything right now.

You don't believe they are trying their best, because if you did, you wouldn't have this attitude.

Show a little patience. It's NOT A BIG DEAL.

Please fix it.

If they can pay ad's on important sites, they can also pay more workers to fix the bugs or make the page work better. Please no more excuses our supporter patience has a limit ยก

Thanks.

I AM a paying customer, you're not.

I understand that you dont - or wont - understand my point of view and that you think your opinion matters more because you are a supporter. that is your prerogative.

we passed the 'rehash of old arguments' point a long time ago, making continuing this exchange an exercise in futility.

I don't think my point of view matters more, I just think you're whinging over something that isn't really that big of a deal.

%$#* happens.

Well if we really want to get annoyed by a game, this one will do the trick.

I can somewhat ungracefully get only 7m. Play it when Buzzerbeater is "down".

even multi-billion dollar companies like Blizzard/Vivendi suffer unexpected outages sometimes

Is sometimes every 2 weeks?
