@Koops, P.Tom...

...I envisage that Heaven remains the better Utopian teams (Div IIIs, and better Div IVs) and Hell...the rest.

So, if people want to put their hands up I'll create the Heaven league again as soon as the numbers come in.

Does someone want to have another crack at setting up Hell:

But since there a so few people in Heaven atm, we'll make an exception this season.
