@darkonza: We didn't change the CPDC substitution strategy, it is as it always was - imperfect.

@codemasters: tight games always result in starters playing a lot of minutes. LCD + blank lineup should be equal to LCD + full lineup set, and considering this was a tight game, the minutes match.

Thanks for clarification!
I have never used LCD with full lineup set so cannot argue on that

Todays games had some unexpected effects again:

(75247829) Set my lineup like this (just checked it by loading the lineup in a new game):

LCD, all positions empty, only starting SG was selected: R. Geugelin / - / -

S5 from play-by-play:
POS Starting-Five
PG R. Geugelin
SG H. Brockmann
SF G. Quellmelz
PF T. Harjans
C S. Hirschvogl

Geugelin played 46 mins at PG. So the coach again has overridden my choice. This contradicts your posting (259887.83) especially the sentence
When it kicks in, only the one already set starter position (if it is set at all) is kept in the recalculation of the depth chart.

--------

Utopia team: (75235419)

LCD, all positions empty, only starting PG was selected:S. MacKechnie / - / -

S5 from play-by-play:
POS Starting-Five
PG G. Sutherland
SG G. Miljković
SF B. Penkov
PF G. Marasco
C P. Buchwald

The same mistake / bug as in the other game. MacKechnie played 7 mins as SF, Sutherland played 42 mins at PG.

Yes, seems like the set position is also overridden. I'll check if I can find a cause.

@Others: I would like to have some feedback on LCD+completely empty lineup, if possible. Thanks.

empty lineup, LCD, substitutions seem to be normal. It was a tight game so the starters played nearly all the time cause my backups suck - at least most of them.

This problem seems to be still existing:

today's game (75235423)

Simon MacKechnie should have been starting PG.

play-by-play:
POS Starting-Five
PG G. Sutherland
SG B. Penkov
SF S. MacKechnie
PF G. Marasco
C G. Walsh

He started playing SF and played 42 mins as SF.

Not sure what the intended changes are, but my game with LCD+empty lineup was really strange.
One of my normal backups played 48 min at pg. my normal pg started at center, etc.

Still nothing changed:

(75286025) lineup set:
PG: Simon MacKechnie / - / -
all other positions empty
LCD

play-by-play:
POS Starting-Five
PG G. Sutherland
SG B. Penkov
SF S. MacKechnie
PF G. Marasco
C P. Buchwald

Simon played 28 mins at SF.

----------

(75247843)
lineup set:
all slots empty

play-by-play:
POS Starting-Five
PG R. Geugelin
SG A. Stoebner
SF G. Quellmelz
PF T. Harjans
C T. Nürnberg

The selected lineup was perfect. Due to my bad backups they only played as the garbage time kicked in.

Same lineups yesterday. The bug is still there. Not much time left for fixing and testing if the fix is working, I'm afraid.
