You are either suggesting that A/ teams get a choice of free game shape, stamina, or free throw training every week in addition to normal minute-based training, or B/ a complete overhaul of the training system, which is currently based on accumulating training minutes in the weekly matches. Option A seems pointless and would only guarantee perfect FT skills and high game shapes in the long run for all teams. Option B is simply very unlikely to happen.
