One thing I am hearing, although not stated by you, is that playing base offense and running man-to-man is a good way to go if you have players with no secondary skills, i.e beginning teams and teams with monoskilled behemoths. I love your description of the defensive side of passing and handling skills, except that in real life a 1-3-1 zone is often implemented to create turnovers by intercepting long passes out of trapping situations. At any rate, I have assumed that passing worked as a "defending a pass" secondary defensive skill for a while, so it's great to see that it is. And handling is mentioned in the rules as being beneficial to creating turnovers. I have already begun sketching the next two seasons of training for my team, and can't wait to hear more!!!

Great job! I´m doing the traslation of your monologues to spanish (with copyright of course).
One question: why "Parrot Monologues" and not "Dialogues with my Parrot"... ;-)
because monologue is only one person... so we may think that you and your parrot are the same person... and you are not, right? :-D
