I wonder how many he would sell if he lowered all his ticket prices to the minimum price. He has 35000 seats...I wonder if he would fill them all lol

So if there is an attendance cap, is it best to NOT build bleacher seats since their price ceiling is so much lower?

The seat cap for Luxury boxes is 50 so don't build more of these.
The seat cap for Courtside seats is 500 so don't build more of these.
That leaves lower tier and bleachers.
You should build bleachers because although they sell for less, they can sell a lot more seats.
I would build around 16000 bleachers, 4000 lower tier, 500 courtside seats and 50 luxury boxes for my arena.

Interesting. I don't have 20k seats in my arena so can't be sure.
But read this thread:

Wow theres already so many thread about this cap, still can't get the right cap lol.

I have done a calculation for this if the soft cap is really 20k ticket, and I think I read it in one of the 2 link above, he has a same point with me which is the profit for not building bleacher will be higher if the soft cap is really 20k ticket, take a look,

Assume:-
19550*20+450*70=422500
4500*20+15500*70=1175000

So, after that, I doubt that 20k ticket is the soft cap. I'm not saying that it is wrong but I'm just trying to find the right answer.

I believe the cap is 20k and not income.
There are too many factors to prove this right now, but none of the views on the other side has evidence so it's still just belief.
There will have to be an inquiry into this.

If 20k ticket is the cap, will my way of earning more revenue by not building any more bleacher and just spend on building lower tier works?

Like I mentioned above:-
Assume:-
19550*20+450*70=422500
4500*20+15500*70=1175000

Its 600k difference, its a huge amount.

So you are saying:

Bleachers * Price + Lower tier * Price = Money
19550 * 20 + 450 * 70 = 422500

Not all the seats will sell.
Reason - (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/38624/arena.aspx)
Top team in Australia only sells 17k bleachers at this price.
He only sells 1.8k Lower tier at that price.

OR

Bleachers * Price + Lower tier * Price = Money
4500 * 20 + 15500 * 70 = 1175000

Bleachers go to waste.
I don't think the Lower Tier will sell.
Reason - (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/38624/arena.aspx)
Top team in Australia. Sells 1.8k at $70. How will 15k sell at this price?

Are these Div1 figures you are predicting?

*EDIT* Fixed the top one.
