Agreed, and it would be unfair for a new team like me who can't have great players and he could at the very start.

Agreed. Like many have said this game is a marathon not a sprint. It will take time to develop the team you need to compete in the top level.

Obviously you can't compete right when you start but if you manage it properly, within a season or 2 you would have a very competitive team

Thats just ignorant. You cant put a small fish into a tank full of sharks - new teams in higher divisions need to be stronger.

And how can new teams get stronger if they are docked money every single week!? you can't even grow your arena to generate enough cash to compete.. And dont tell me about training players. Like others said it is a marathon but not a sprint, but there's a difference between a veryyyyyy long marathon that no new joiner can complete and a reasonable marathon.

i would first concentrate on getting wealthy in future, which means invest your money in arena and players first. Cause you can not relegate, and you have oppurtunities to earn really big money while still paying the salary floor(and you shouldn't be afraid of relegation because is it impossible).

You have economical very good starting oppurtunitys, you have more a problem, that you haven't enough serious competion(else they beat you up, or they are bots) in the beginning like starters in biggers country who could play mainly against other beginners.

Something we have to do with finance! Managers can't afford to have the best players in teams. (maybe just one or two top teams in country) C with huge salaries(400+) have only few ... Why is such a large difference between the C and PG salary? Maybe we could speed up the training of less-developed skills and reduce players' salaries. This would have several good players on the market at which it would be more in demand because of lower wages... We need to fix this problem!

Putting new teams into the top league is just pathetic, stupid, disgusting and ruins the game for everyone.

For the new team going into the top league means that they get destroyed every single week by a massive amount, the salary floor means that they aren't even making any money so what do they do. They think this is a stupid game and they quit.

For the old teams it makes it impossible to reach the top league. In Nippon 2.1 there are probably 4-5 teams deserving promotion to the JBBL. The last team from 2.1 promoted fumoffu platoon in sitting on 4-0 in the JBBL and the previous team promoted from 2.1 the Sharman Flamethrowers won the JBBL championship AND the Nippon Cup last season.

Even for the old strong JBBL teams this is a problem. Some teams have to face tough competition every week in the Great 8 while the teams in the Big 8 just get a string of teams they can smash with their reserves on TIE. 5th in Big 8 second top salary is $11,000, 5th in Great 8 second top salary $185,000.

Instead pathetic teams from 2.3 and 2.4 that wouldn't have a hope of even reaching the playoffs in 2.1, get promoted and our chances in 2.1 of another team getting promoted are snatched away as the bot in the JBBL is replaced by a team that will in no time decide that this is a stupid game because they have been started in the top league, and quit. Meanwhile the massive log jam in 2.1 just continues is only improved when other teams quit the game because they realise they have virtually no prospects of ever reaching the JBBL while watching new teams get created there and quit in frustration.

This is a clear example of a lose/lose situation with a very easy solution.
