How much is the salary of the level 6 trainer?

ok never lvl 6 will be nice, but lvl 4 trainer would never get him to be a good player... he might never capped out but he will be pretty beastly if he doesnt get injured.

19 years old I really dont like because any injuries occur, you will lose more training time etc. 1 season is alot of training...

he cost me 48k a week but im still getting 59k a week in income atm so its not a problem

48k is way too much. it will increase something like 2k a week and make it hard for you to save and improve other players and the arena.

id say its decent for a lvl 6 and he'll be fine this season as he still have 40-60k a week income throughout the season and this way he can get a good training season and catch up on missing out on the 1st season training a lil before getting a cheaper lvl 4\5 and to be honest his 6 is cheap mine is 69k a week and it increase by about 1.8k a week i think.

The difference between a 4 and 6 level trainer is only about 2-3 pop's a season, the 3 pop's or so are not worth the 700k+ in salary's he will pay for a season. With the money saved he can buy a lot better players to go with his trainee.

And 40k-60k is not that much.

I agree. You don't need big salaries to get through Div IV (or even III, although you need to be a good strategist to get through III without substantially increasing your salaries), and you should be saving as much of your cash as you possibly can. That trainer will be up in the high 50Ks by the end of the season, and that's for only a couple more pops. At this point, it's not worth it - it's only once you start getting up to II and ABBL that those extra pops start meaning anything.

I wouldnt like the high salary trainer but its not only 2-3 pop between level 6 and level 4. its so much more, it trains the secondaries so much more... they will start stacking up and then finally pop around later ages provided if you train them. forato is an example. at least get a level 5 trainer around 30-40k salary and then switch.

if your going to use a level 4 trainer, might as well sell him since you wont be training a great franchise player anyways. anyone who thinks it is fine to train an 18 years old to be a star in D3 but wont be an effective player in D2 or above is naive since the time and effort you put into 1 player is way too much and painful for him to be an average player. might as well buy a 20yo++ 15k player to train so you can compete straight away in D3 and train him into a player your going to train anyways saving you 2-3 seasons.

hey, up to you I have trained 4-5 players into D3 stars from 18 years old. but they werent be effective in D2 (potential capped or not enough training due to low trainer level). trust me superstar or above potential need to have at least level 5 trainer.

training slow down so dramatically as the player gets older so the mvp or above potential player need to have the best trainer possible, that way they will be beastly.
