Perhaps you should play a few seasons and then decide how easy it is to overtake old teams. You will not see that in V-league.

Your old teams often channge their lineups. So this kind of update wont help them very much it would help the teams that are building up and training a young players than the old teams... So it would be easier to overtake the old teams... and please explain me how 3 percent boost in performance will ruin the TL?

Where are you taking your 3 percent boost?:) You do understand that TL will be effected only if there are player personalitys. Like blue matches blue, red matches red. Green maches both red and blue etc. I have seen plenty of teamwork suggestions. This is the plainest one yet. Atleast others have made an effort of suggesting some kind of system.
Example of a dumb suggestion: There are different players in RL. Let's make some players play better when they start and others when they come from the bench. If a starter personality does not start, he plays awful etc. Another example: Let's make Estonian players shoot lights out at Estonian gyms and shoot up bricks at any other gym. It adds nothing to the game, but a pointless random variable.
