Now he's respectable, but it's hard to believe again.. to me he's more or less mediocre..

Be sure to get all skills back to right values as this could affect not jnust random league in Philippines but future of NTs (a u21s even more) too.

I just looked at his team and it doesn't seems so, not even young players looked like something special and no tiny nation is included. Still there is a legitimate fear he could change numbers of other players too (I doubt he has acces to his team only). Transparent solution would be making his players NT/U21 inelligible for good, as they wouldn't be considered normal way so no harm to their respective NTs would be done.

Serious issue is what could be done not what has been done.

Edit: He already sold some youngsters for far too much money. I guess unkless buyers reported it, they should take the damage of gettign players with original low skills. Matches played meanwhile... no good solutuion.

Unlikely. Test should no be done in competitive games and even it would be then it should not include any (outgoing) transfers.

Come on folks ! It's very likely testing.

I suggest we hold a short trial here (because BB is a democracy) and we proceed to the beheading of the culprit just after dinner.
