I'm not seeing that much discrepancy in the rebounding ratings. Last 3 games, in order:

Argentina - mediocre (high)

Spain - mediocre (low) (-2 sublevels)

Nigeria - inept (medium) (-2 sublevels)

All of these games were played m2m and normal. As enthusiasm drops slightly over time, this trend makes sense.

Might be the new GE, I typically got high awful to high inept rebounding ratings (depending on if I went 2-3 or 3-2), and in my last game i went man to man and got high pitiful with the same players I've always had. I was shocked. Not cool.

I think your willingness to take responsibility for the situation is honorable. Seriously, though, hindsight is 20/20 and you made perfectly reasonable decisions throughout the event. We're all learning as we go here.

I particularly appreciate the willingness of the current NT regime to communicate with members of the USA BB community and solicit their advice. All told I think you're doing a fine job.
