I just installed the add-ons but I don't see the difference. What am I supposed to see ?

The problem is it doesn't appear.

I checked if the add-ons was ON. I refresh the page, restart FireFox, but still nothing.

You can try this one http://www.buzzer-manager.com/userscripts/BuzzerBeater%20... which does the same thing and adds the BM estimated salary ;)

Im already a regular user, if you made that site too then good work for that aswell, its very useful.

It works if you change the language in preferences to English (UK). Try it and tell me if it's right. :)
