yes - 1 million is the max-starting-price if a team goes bot. wasn't there someone with around 50 million on his account? now would be the perfect time to spend it :-)

Thanks for posting cooper, I'll try to bring him back to Scotland, the biggest issue is he is a good player so I think it will end up being a hard battle to get him, hopefully it doesn't end up costing me far too much.

Good effort James! :) I'm not so worried about who he goes to, just that he doesn't get retired as the NT would suffer big time if this happend! Good job taking one for the country though :) not sure you will have a bid war, as his salary is so high it may put people off, i thought including our own scottish consolidate haha, good luck though :)

His salary did put me off (others were put off more no bidding) but it gives my team a focal point plus allows me to make the changes i need to in the team.

Yeh, thats why i sold him at the end of last season, realised my stadium wasnt quite big enough to accomodate him as it weakened my roster forcing me to have no depth, which ended badly haha...heinsight is a wonderfull thing!

Well done on the purchase though, he is a good player to have and with him being young you could build the team around him which was my idea but upon realising relegation was looming tried to opt out haha.

No problem Calum...couldn't face the country loosing yet another of the focal players within the NT!
