why so much driving and less passing? That's my question, I think more passing would benefit the SF more than driving. More like this:
SF-13/11/15/10/12/14-/14/14/12/10
yeah I'm using 125 which looks and makes for a more deep approach and that 14 passing would make a better assisting SF then a 10 passing SF

Hi, up to what age would you normally train your players to reach 120 TSP?

A Superstar SF will cap with fewer than 130 Skillpoints, even an MVP SF could cap before that (I'm training one right now and pray that he reaches 130 before he caps .. ) depending on how you build him
Your conservative estimate is in my opinion not really conservative. my SF at 24, with a lvl 6 trainer he had about 110 Skillpoints at the start of this season .. he started with 58 Skillpoints when he was 18

Well DR/HA are rather low on my trainee because I focused on other skills first (and with 203 cm training OD takes some time)
If you only push DR/HA and especially JS he will cap quite soon (JS is by far the most expensive skill cap and salary wise for SF) while Blocking costs nearly nothing
You can also say PF training is fast if you only train IS/ID/REB & One on One .. while training one with JR/OD/PA takes quite some time .. it depends on the build .. and I like balanced SFs more than JS/DR/HA Monsters ;)
