ARRGGHHH SO PISSED RIGHT NOW. I HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER SEASON IN AN UNCOMPETITIVE LEAGUE, I WAS SORTA LOSING INTEREST DOWN HERE AND COULDNT WAIT FOR LEAGUE II BUT MY TWO BEST PLAYERS GET INJURED FOR THE FINALS AND I LOSE.
I mean in Game 3 I was up by ~9 at the half, my second best player in the team (best player in the game due to an already injured teammate) gets injured and the game swings completely in the opposite direction. What kind of luck do I need to get two players injured during the finals series and on top of that they were my two best players (guards) who are pivotal in an outside-oriented offense. As you can see my subs were not even worthy of calling incompetent. Especially against 3-2 Zone and Burnside Tigers very good perimeter defense. I even bought an exceptional PR manager with crowd involvement to make sure I didn't lose, but of course the BB gods despise me.
Sorry I just had to vent somewhere.
I guess the silver lining in all of this is I can still focus on developing my young bigs since im still in league III.
This doesn't take anything away from the Tiger's championship. Wish you all the best and good luck to you in league II buddy. Your ability to switch tactics is really good btw, my team is quite one-dimensional compared to yours. Maybe I should fix that in the coming season so injuries like this wouldn't affect me so bad.
