Well this was the guy I got by not even looking at the draft page.
He is 19 but pretty good defence to start which is always a pain to train up if too low.

Perhaps becoming competitive again and competing in the top 2 leagues again. Against those that you've competed against in the past, whilst trying to reach the top might help.

Well one thing i would like to perhaps try out if i was down the leagues a bit more, is succeeding with a modern NBA team style

eg: Golden State type lineup. JR all day and PF who gets triple doubles.

Or even Cleveland. Might be easier - Traditional PG at PG - Lebron type SF who plays at C in offense, SF in defense, PF who drains 3's all day but has strong IS, and a defensive bigman ah-la Tristan.
