PF with more guard skills still has half the salary than guy with more primaries.. If there was a change than it was nothing. So me personally I have wasted 1,5 seasons to wait if it is worth to wait and adopt to new conditions while other who didnt care and played with massive secondaries are still better than me becose there was no significant change!! I would like to know if there is going to be another change next season and another next season so we cant make any plans at all!!!

things change = people complain
things don't change = people complain
things don't change enough = people complain
things change too much = people complain

Right, so we should ask BBs for shuting down the forums, that would be some kind of change (how about next season)! No one will complain about it, i am pretty sure.
..At the end they only close bug forum and they will say that is it..

I have to admit I have no idea what's going on.

Player A: 14 JS / 18 JR / 13 OD / 9 HN / 10 DR / 1 PA / 1 IS / 6 ID / 6 RB / 7 SB ==> 50766 salary (as SG)
Player B: 14 JS / 18 JR / 13 OD / 9 HN / 10 DR / 7 PA / 4 IS / 9 ID / 6 RB / 13 SB==> 50602 salary (as SG)

Player A does have higher sublevels in JS and OD for sure, but player B has higher sublevel in JR unless cross training has been extremely unbalanced for the two. But if the inside skills were to play any part whatsoever in their salaries at this point, I can't imagine player B not being more expensive than player A.

Things that don't need to change are changed = people rightly point out that is wrong.
Things that don't work don't change = people rightly point out that is wrong.
Things that need dramatic overhauls don't change enough = people rightly point out more needs to be done.
Things that don't need change are overhauled dramatically = people rightly point out they've gone too far.

We wait for Teemo to come up with some questionable explanation I guess. At least there was a clear link with secondaries last season, but it's not obvious at all this time around.

My starting C went up nearly 10% in 2 seasons. (31801722) and he's 60+/65+. Backup C is 27/53 and was flat last season and increased about as much as the starting C this season.

For Ryan and looking back at the communication issues: it makes sense to prepare the userbase and manage expectations if you plan to reverse a policy which has been going on for ages and had been reiterated no longer than in last season's news announcement.

My low-salary LI guard (http://i.imgur.com/XgZHh0h.png) that was my key player in winning DI last season, by playing on PF in offense, and on SG in defense, increased in salary for 2.3k.

Holy cow, what am I going to do, this will completely ruin me, I am completely and utterly lost right now, I have to sell him and buy players for other tactics...SIKE!

Players like Coburn should be in the SF formula in the first place, and yet those kind of players are always either PG, or PF. Most of the players playing on SF position are either PG or PF. It's obvious that salary formula for SF needs some drastic changes.

(35967992) has no skills over tremendous (13), TSP: 103 (57 + 46), and a higher salary than your guy... he's also a far worse PG, SG, SF, PF, and C according to that picture...

Ryan has left the staff for personal reasons, so don't expect him around, or at least not as member of the staff

Global salaries have increased this season. As you all probably know, each season there is a small change in the global formula, sometimes salaries are higher, sometimes lower, this time higher.
This has nothing to do with the changes in the salaries affecting secondary skills.
