I like the effects of the youth trainer.I started with advance (this just happened midway last season) and a few days ago I was able to upgrade to an exceptional one for a bargain. For a young team, the only waste of money is if you don't have good trainees to use the main trainer and the secondary one. Try to get good trainees for next season when you have more choices.
