8-31 for such a bad player on the defense is pretty strange for JS 14...

Congratulations, David! Promotion is in the pocket.

I played my usual starting five against you. My 19 and 18 yo trainees defended against your PG for the entire game and I chose the wrong defensive tactic against you (thought you'd go LI or LP). So, yeah, your PG's terrible accuracy is strange.

This being said, I hope to see you in the finals.

Thanks Quintus, hope you can promote as well, two wins against LOST and Fichettre and it should be in the pocket...

The play-offs could be for the extra promotion bonus money hehe, yeah your PF/C were way to strong for an inside tactic, so I looked for a weak spot and I found it on the guard position. But now I'm a bit worried about his accuracy...

High OD of your trainees already maybe?

I suspect LOST of going for a massive slow play. His team is better than mine and I didn't try to win this game (simply setup my default team).

I think he's going to show his team's real strength during the PO. Let's not underestimate him.

If he uses tactics like base offense and pressing, I'm not worried bro. The only reason you should defend with pressing is when you are way better in defense or when you are in general stronger or when you train OD (not sure about that).

I'm still convinced he "misuses" his team on purpose to "hide" the true strength of his team until the end of the season. Come the POs, he'll use the proper tactics against me, then against you (if he beats me).

He's been playing BuzzerBeater since 2007. He's very experienced. I definitely wouldn't underestimate him.

I'm not afraid, only playing for the money and he can't beat me in 3 games after beating you. He has no Home Court Advantages in 3 of the 4 games he will play against us, so I rather go for semi-inactive player

If he was playing for the money he would have sold all of his players...

This season he had, by far, the highest salary mass in the league (310k/week against 252k/week for me and 175k/week for you); and his stadium-revenue so far this season is 1M below yours and 500k below mine (but I played one home-game less than both of you).

Conclusion, he's probably been losing money this season.


So, yeah, either my assumption is the right one, or I don't understand his strategy at all.

No no, I'm playing for the money only now, not for promotion haha.
Yeah he is probably losing money, so I have no idea what his strategy is and if it's really a strategy that could work...
