O nível da competição tá bem mais alto do que eu esperava... Até aqui foi uma pedreira atrás da outra. E olha que pelo que vi os times da conferência Verde (que é azul) tão ainda mais fortes. O negócio tá embaçado!

Só um aviso pro pessoal. Não deixem de investir no draft.

Temporada passada o nosso campeão, o Clube do Remo, além do título conseguiu draftar um jogador com potencial alto. Como ele tava na posição mais baixa do draft, isso significa que alguns times não usaram essa ferramenta. Talvez por não conhecerem as mecânicas de treino e etc. Hoje o draft está mais barato, então custa pouco dar uma chance.

Se alguém tiver dúvida sobre treino, talvez ninguém aqui tenha, mas só pra reforçar mesmo.
Só é necessário mesmo ter um técnico no mínimo nível 4, sendo nível 5 talvez o ideal, e deixar um jogador jovem, e de potencial de 7 pra cima jogando 48 minutos por semana.

Não precisa nem colocar ele na liga. Deixar ele jogando 48 minutos em jogos da Copa contra bot e jogos amistosos já garantem a evolução dele.

Não precisa nem ficar acompanhando, é só escolher um treino, escalar ele numa posição mostrada na seleção de treino e deixar o garoto jogar. Um contra um é um treino bem rápido e que depois pode ser complementado com outro das suas preferências. Jogador alto evolui mais rápido habilidades de garrafão, enquanto os mais baixos, perímetro.

Pode pensar esse jogador como uma renda extra no fim da temporada e vender um jogador treinado (trainee como chamam) a cada final de temporada, fazendo um ciclo de draft, treino e venda. Se ele mostrar que pode ser um jogador bom, é só manter treinando, que uma hora ele pode até se tornar um jogador chave na equipe

Mas isso é algo necessário, não só pra equipes novas e builders, mas pra nossas seleções também.
