i dont think you need a level 10 pr guyfor a 4th division league,

as you said your just getting 13k sales in merchandise,

it doesnt even make you break even with the cost your paying your pr guy.

its like asking too much for a pr guy who works hard but is in a small market meaning that is all it gotta be.

Yeah, I know. That's why I already bought this weeks PR level 6. Is still a high level one, but it will have to do for a while.

So what would the consensus levels be then?

Pro Div = PR guy level?
Div 1-2 = PR guy level?
Div 3-4 = PR guy level?
Div 5-6 = PR guy level?

I would say:

Pro Div = PR 10
Div 1-2 = PR 10
Div 3-4 = PR 7-4
Div 5-6 = PR 3-1

I m in lithuanian IV and have level 1 PR, and i get the same 13k of merchandising.
My team has 14-0 wins, 751 tickets owners.
So it seems PR doesn't affect merchandising in IV league.

i think its best to see if you can afford such pr higher level by 1 or 2 from your present.

because lets say if your merchandise is already 13k and paying a level 3 pr guy just cost less i think its worth the gamble to see how much increase you can get

It does - your statement is an awful broad generalization that isn't really the case.

I have a D IV team and I experienced the same thing.

Last week I had a lavel 1 PR manager and had 11.2k in merchandising revenue. The PR staff available last week was level 6 and I hired him.

This week my merchandising revenue dropped to 11.0k even though i upgraded from a level 1 to a level 6 and I won the only game I played last week.

Needless to say I already fired my level 6 pr manager

Erm, who told you that the chief effect from the PR is increase in merchandising revenue?
