Do you have some form of Norton's or McAfee software?

If so, will it work if you disable that software?

Can you try disabling it and then viewing the game?

You may need to also log out of BB then back in.

Already posted in the bugs forum. I'm sure the BB's are working on fixing it as fast as possible.
