Could we get an official comment on;

Can a lvl 6/7 trainer successfully help players that are close to their potential gain skill ups more easily than weaker coaches... we know all players slow down dramatically upon reaching their caps... does the increased trainer skill make any difference?

Then the large costs could definitely be justified and adding these 'top tier coaches' would definitely be an interesting addition.

New staff members are introduced every day, all at one time. Their auctions are set-up to end at various times of day, several days in the future.

Whether a player is over their potential cap or not, their training pace will be increased if they are working with a higher level trainer. There is nothing special about a level 6 trainer, he is simply a bit more effective than a level 5, and a bit less than a level 7.

Hi Charles!

first of all, i really like the new system.

all right, just a couple of things. did you make some changes to the PR work? it wans't usuful at all until last week, so maybe you did something....

second: don't you think that you have to give to the users some more info? like, how much the salary can increase every week? are the specialities strong or are they just a little bit effective? how many new staff every day? etc etc etc.

anyway very good job, at least in the imagination, now we'll see is it's been well organized!

My guess is that you will know how much your new staff salaries go up in no more than one week. Patience.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

yeah but there are some staff avaiable now, so i need to know now. i don't want to know exactly, just an imagination. eg level 1 every week +1-2k, level 2 +2-4k etc.

as you said, we're going to know that anyway in few weeks, so why don't we have to know that now? it'a a -MANAGERIAL game, i can't manage my team if i don't know how it works something ;)
