Has our U21 manager contacted you yet? For the sake of U21 team, I'd say do a bit of JS for SF/PF, 1-2 pops in PA and nothing else but primaries. But since you care for your team probably more than for our U21 team, it's your choice obviously. Nevertheless, it's a great trainee. Since his PA is so low and it would be a pain to train with that height, I suggest you don't put too much effort in it (awful-inept is more than enough IMO) and beside his primaries, instead focus on his shooting. JR is already good enough, so in your place I'd do a lot of 1 on 1 for SF/PF in the upcoming seasons.

I sincerely doubt you'll be able to get his IS up to 14. Those are pretty lofty goals you have for him. Particularly at that height.

I can't and wont put any more JS training in, since he would reach his cap much faster. I plan on training one on one for forwards now. He might still pop in JS in a few weeks then.
