Probably not, since you don't see a pop once your player goes up sublevels from training.

I don't know about the arrow, but there are higher levels then legendary. Search on the transfer list for a player with a legendary skill - then do a mouse-over on it. You will see the actual level. ;-)

My 33 yr old SG has strong experience.,. He plays pretty well.... Last game he went 9-15 (5-9 from the 3 point line)...
I think the player's with higher exp have a higher player rating. My same 33 yr old SG gets 7-8 ratings whereas my 19 yr old SG with atrocious exp gets 5.5 or the odd 6 and he has better skills.

he plays a lot, and the 26 generation started with random XP, so it make no difference at this point if you are young or old for the genration of the Xp and you could start with respectable in it.
