Actually, I would keep both guys. For the first guy, You definitely need to train 1v1 Guards to get that DR up. If you don't want to do this, you can always sell him.

As for the second guy, I only see a temporary problem in HA, so 1v1 Guards would also help him, since 1v1 partially trains HA. He would also need a a couple pops in IS.

Do you think that perhaps 1-1 forwards would better do the job because it would train also his IS and he would get some DR occasionally?

Your first guy is 6'11", training inside will go much faster. If you want him to be an SF, you'd need some more OD but otherwise just focus on the inside, ID and IS first.

I don't think you're really lagging too far behind. My SF is right around the same level at the start of his 22nd year, and I've used a level 5 the entire time too.

I like the height of the first one. Sure, his OD will lag a bit, but he may end up being a very capable PF option as well (or SF against teams playing more of an inside oriented guy at SF). Having both on your team will be a big benefit I'd think.

SFs just take a long, long time to train up fully. *raises a drink* here's to 4-5 more seasons of training mate!

Any training idea guys? For this week I want to work on something outside related, then I'll do IS next week for a while.

he has pretty poor jump range. i dont know if it makes sense to train it.

start with OD and PA (both up to 8) then i would train insideskills next season. in two-game weeks just give him 1on1 for the first few season, so his JS, DR and HA goes up to 8-10...

Hi all,

I got 3 trainees. 18, 19, 20 all drafted. I also got a 20 yr old and a 21 yr old to train only on inside skills they are decent but nothing special like these guys.

Basically I'm wondering what training route to go with? And also is an advanced trainer good enough?
I'm thinking go with pressure training to 10-11 points. Then 1on1 forwards until Dussán get's a 7 in handling. Then jump shot forwards until they all reach 10 in JS. Then just train inside skills. So perhaps 1.5 more seasons of outside training and then go inside?
